WHAT TO BRING

Wrestlers are expected to come prepared for every practice to ensure a safe, productive, and professional training environment. Each athlete should bring appropriate wrestling attire, including a t-shirt, shorts, and wrestling shoes.(absolutely nothing with zippers). Headgear is strongly recommended, especially during live wrestling.

Proper hygiene is essential. Wrestlers should arrive clean, with trimmed nails, and bring personal items such as a water bottle (no sports drinks or sodas in the wrestling room) and any necessary medicine like inhalers. Mouth-guards are required for any wrestlers with braces.

All gear should be well-maintained and mat-ready. Being prepared is part of the discipline we expect and plays a key role in both individual development and the overall success of the team.

2026 Summer

Our summer wrestling season is where the real separation happens—but it’s also the perfect time to get started.

This is the time to sharpen skills, build conditioning, and develop the mindset it takes to compete at a higher level. While others take time off, we stay on the mat—focused, disciplined, and working to close the gaps we saw during the season. Every practice is structured with purpose: drilling fundamentals, refining technique, and pushing through live situations that translate directly into competition.

We’ll be competing in off-season tournaments within a reasonable distance, giving wrestlers the opportunity to stay active, test their progress, and gain valuable mat time against tough opponents. This is where confidence is built and where wrestlers start turning potential into results.

We are also welcoming new wrestlers this summer. This is a great opportunity for beginners to get comfortable with the wrestling environment, learn the basics the right way, and build a strong foundation heading into the upcoming IKWF season. No experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and work. We’ve been given the opportunity to use these facilities, and we’re going to respect that by showing up ready to work every single day.

Whether you’re returning and looking to level up or stepping on the mat for the first time, this is where growth happens. If you’re serious about improving, building confidence, and preparing to compete, this is where it starts.
